This is strictly a 1080 Motion Customer event with no registration fee to attend the conference. Accommodations for hotel, food, and travel are the customer’s responsibility. Meals provided during the event are listed in the schedule and are provided at no cost to attendees.

SCHEDULE

The schedule is subject to change. A detailed itinerary with arranged travel options for attendees to return to the Double Tree Hotel will be emailed to all registered attendees before the event.  

Beverages and snacks will be provided during breaks on Friday and Saturday.

A light breakfast will be provided Saturday morning at the US Ski and Snowboard Center from 8-8:50 AM.

On Saturday, attendees should plan to eat the prepared lunch between education sessions and join the 1080 Team for an evening dinner following the Saturday social curling event. All meals will be served at US Ski and Snowboard Center at no additional cost to attendees.

Please eat before check-in. The first break is scheduled at 2:30 PM.
11:45 AM - Transportation leaves DoubleTree Hotel parking lot (1800 Park Avenue, Park City, Utah, 84060) at 11:45 AM.

Yes. As part of the annual service agreement, customers are invited to attend the conference for free at the event center, including scheduled social events on the agenda. The customer is responsible for travel and hotel accommodations.

What if I want to stay at a different hotel than the host hotel?
There are many hotel and resort options in Park City, Utah. Our conference location of US Ski and Snowboard is not connected to any specific hotel and short-distance travel is required to the event center from any Park City hotel. Parking is available at the event center for attendees.

Transportation from the Salt Lake City International Airport to Park City is not provided by 1080 Motion. Below are links to transportation companies. We suggest customers utilize ride-share transportation such as Uber, Lyft or rent a car.

What ground transportation is provided by 1080 Motion from the Doubletree Yarrow Hotel in Park City to and from the conference site U.S. Ski and Snowboard USANA Center of Excellence?
1080 Motion will provide free ground transportation to and from the Double Tree Hotel in Park City to the conference site U.S. Ski and Snowboard USANA Center of Excellence on both Friday and Saturday. Registered customers will receive a transportation schedule prior to the event. No ground transportation is provided on Sunday. Parking is available at the U.S. Ski and Snowboard center if you choose to drive a vehicle. Ride share is also available if desired, but will be the cost of the customer if desired way to travel.
