In this update, we have added features to improve the user experience.

  • Move sets and individual reps between client training sessions
  • Inclusion of Body Weight and Height history for Horizontal Force Velocity calculation efficiency
  • When creating a new set from within a training session, all set parameters are now copied to the new set
  • Total (Effective) load is calculated for Smith exercises. It takes into account external load as well as the load from the two machines
  • Stability improvements around saving and uploading of data
